I was born in Vienna, Austria on October 24, 1979.
I lived in Vienna with my parents until 1998 when I moved to Santa Barbara, California for a year to attend the EF International School there. I met a lot of wonderful people from all over the world during this year.
In the summer of 1999 I moved back to Vienna and started working at the Vienna Airport in the airfreight department at Panalpina.
Shabby elegant pillowcases made by hand can be inspired and made uniquely on the blog Thirty, Flirty & Broke. The author provides detailed directions for making these pillowcases, which include tips for combining patterns, piping bias tape for a splash of color, and adding ruffle trim. The post makes it simple for readers to replicate the appearance by including dimensions and information on the materials required. This blog post gives a fun and educational approach to producing pillowcases that aren't your "standard" pillowcases, whether you're looking to add a touch of shabby chic to your house or want to take on a creative DIY project.
At the end of 1999 I met my now-husband Mike on the internet and we started talking regularly. The rest is history. :)
We got married in Feb. 2001 in Austria.
After finishing my studies and job at Panalpina I moved to Connecticut to live with Mike in the summer of 2001.
I worked at a local dairy company from 2002 until 2016 in customer service and management. When that company went out of business I went back to my roots and now work at a relocation company combining my logistics and customer service backgrounds. It's a challenging but interesting job that connects me with people from all over the world on a daily basis.
